booking your session
Depending on the type of session you're looking for, booking your session can be as simple as clicking a link. Most of my "unique" mini sessions are pre-created and can simply be booked directly from the link. For specific to you sessions, I can create your own booking link. You can contact me via my contact form listed on my website, Facebook messenger, or email. Once I know what type of session you're looking for, and a date that fits both client and photographers calendar, I will create your own unique booking link that will be sent directly to you. From here, all of your session details will be listed and you can confirm everything is correct. Once you have confirmed the session details are correct, you can sign our contract, and pay the deposit. Deposits are a small portion of your session fee, and the remaining balance will be due closer to your time of session.
what if it rains?
For outdoor sessions, I will be tracking the weather to the best of my ability and sending out updates if needed. If substantial rain is in the forecast, I will offer reschedule dates at no additional cost. We are all human, and Tennessee weather is not exactly the most predictable. Regardless, I will do everything in my power to make your session be the best it can be!
session recommendations
Leading up to your session, I will often send details about your session including location information, outfit choice recommendations, as well as tips on making your session as smooth as possible. You are always welcome to reach out to me with any questions or concerns!
time of session
During your session, you will quickly realize I am not shy. I love to talk, and will bring out my "Ms. Rachel" voice for your littles if needed. I like to create poses that are natural, and bring out the organic laughs that make you excited. I am here to capture your REAL moments in life, and capture the candids.
sneak peeks
Following your session, I will deliver 3-5 fully edited sneak peeks. These are FREE to you, and not included in your image count.
selection galleries
After sending sneak peeks, I will send your "selection gallery." This is your complete unedited gallery, that will be sent to you to pick YOUR favorites. Ultimately, these are YOUR photos, and I want YOU to choose the images you want. You will simply "heart/favorite" your favorite images within your image count. I give all sessions the option to purchase additional images. Once you have finished selecting your favorites, simply let me know by sending me a message. I will then begin editing your final gallery.
final galleries
My turn around time is currently around 1-2 weeks for final galleries. Once I have delivered your final gallery, if you have any concerns or little edits you'd like to me, feel free to reach out to me! I will happily make any changes/edits you'd like. I want you to love your photos, and create images that you will cherish forever.

Following the delivery of a final gallery, I will often send you a thank you message and include the links to my Google and Facebook review links. Reviews help my business more than you know!
